Grown Alchemist is a globally recognized skincare brand celebrated for its commitment to clean beauty, science-backed formulations, and timeless minimalist design. Recently acquired by L’Occitane, the brand operates at the intersection of boutique vision and global reach.
During my time at Grown Alchemist, I had the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders while benefiting from the resources and scale of its parent company. I collaborated with global partners including Ulta Beauty, Equinox, and Sephora—playing a key role in translating Grown Alchemist’s visual language across markets not only in the U.S., but also in Canada, Australia, China, and Taiwan.
Working closely with the Art Director and later the Global Head of Marketing,
I helped shape a cohesive, elevated brand experience across all touchpoints. My day-to-day involved a dynamic blend of design execution and strategic thinking—from leading social media and email marketing efforts to creating assets for global campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and PR activations. I also contributed to the creative direction of campaign shoots, ensuring every detail—from digital to print—aligned with the brand’s refined, science-meets-beauty ethos.
THE SKIN RENEWAL CAMPAIGN
This was a campaign that I Creative Directed alongside the Head of Marketing for
North America for our biggest launch of the year the Skin Renewal Line. The focus of this shoot was to keep it gender neutral really talking to the ingredients and textures of the products.
