2024 was a year of transitions — and pottery became my anchor.
What began as a two-hour workshop evolved into a six-month immersion in hand-building with clay, from preparation to glazing. Through this process, I gained not only technical skill but also a deeper understanding of resilience, patience, and the beauty found in imperfection through this medium.
While my practice with clay is still young, it is one I know will continue to grow. These vases mark the beginning of that journey — the first of many explorations to come.
35mm FILM
My relationship with film began in parallel with my deepening connection to New York City.
As a designer and storyteller, I’ve always been intentional with the frame — considering how light, movement, and detail converge to shape a moment. Living in New York heightened this awareness: a city of constant motion, layered perspectives, and fleeting vignettes waiting to be captured.
Film became a natural extension of this curiosity, a way to both observe and translate the rhythms of the city. Through these works, I invite you to see New York — and the stories within it, as well as those beyond — through my lens.
